Beautiful Memories!
Hello Hive! I was feeling a bit lonely today, so I was scrolling through my gallery — and check it out! It made me so happy to find these beautiful memories.
You know, in October I will leave Hong Kong to begin a new, exciting chapter of my life: going back to the Philippines to start my food selling business. Sometimes life as a domestic helper was not easy, especially when my employer's kids were still very young and kept me awake at night. But would you believe it? Now that I am leaving soon, I realize that there are also so many beautiful memories associated with my time in Hong Kong. I will miss Hong Kong's nature and its many beautiful places, miss the big house I lived in for 14 years(!), miss my employers who always treated me fairly, even if the work was sometimes hard, and I will especially miss their kids, with whom I spent more time than with my own son...
These kids that I took care of were so small in these old pictures, and they look so happy. Now they are already big kids, taller than me! Time flies so fast.
I am happy to have been a part of their lives. They are always in my heart, wherever I am. They are such adorable kids.
Anyway, these photos were taken here in Hong Kong at a farm on the Kowloon side, way back in 2019. They had a lot of animals, like rabbits, snakes, and so many more... Look at these kids; they look so happy. I was so happy to take these beautiful photos of them.
Don't wonder why everybody is wearing a mask in every pic. It was the time when the COVID-19 era began, and wearing a mask was obligatory at the time.
What above all made the children happy were the different kinds of cute and fascinating animals in the farm - especially of course the rabbits.

A cute guinea pig.

A rare albino hedgehog.

Doesn't that impressive iguana look like a real dragon?

These kids are really so curageous!

A huge millipede.

Let's have a little adventure on the river, hehe!

I know how it feels to be very attached to kids.
What a lovely photos you had with the kids especially that you were now leaving for good. Same as my aunt she will go home bu december this year for good also and to have business as well here in the philippines. I hope you will new joy and wonderful experiences as you return in our mother land. Have a safe trip!💗
Oh it's really emotional when you were attached with the kids you have been taking care of. But what important is you always have them in your hearts and they treated you well. You can still have in touch with them if possible hehe.
Memories always alive in our mind and heart ❤️ it will also makes us exicited when thinking about it again
