Hello once again hunters. Let's welcome the third week of this fun and challenging contest, The Alphabet Hunt, hosted to us by @banglahive. This week is the hunt for the Letter C and I am so excited to share with you the trophies of my hunt this week. Have some fun hunting for letters. Read up on the contest post here. THE LETTER C

CHRYSANTHEMUM

A bouquet of colorful chrysanthemums is always a joy to see. A bit of trivia. This flower symbolizes.different things depending on the culture or country. In Asia, notably China and Japan, they symbolize long life and nobility, it being the official seal of Japan's imperial family. However, in some western countries like Italy and France, it symbolizes death and commemoration.

CONDOMINIUM

This structure is called the Icon Residences, a 34-stories twin tower condominium located at the Bonifacio Global City in Metro Manila, Philippines. I had the opportunity to stay here last March on a vacation for a week. I stayed on the 27th floor and despite my fear of heights, the view is spectacular at anytime of the day.

CANNON

A vintage iron cast cannon, which has seen better days during the colonial period of the 1600's to the 1800's, is on display in Fort Santiago in Metro Manila, Philippines. Fort Santiago is a 16th century Spanish fortress which guarded the city of Manila and whose ruins are now a major tourist attraction in the country.

CATLEYA

A beautiful orchid which was on display in one of the malls here in our city, Davao. More famously recognized as the orchid capital of the Philippines, Davao City is home to so many orchid species and is one of its major export product.

CAPYBARA

Taken at the Manila Zoological and Botanical Garden, this creature is called a Capybara, the largest rodent in the world. Good thing he's found only in zoos. Imagine finding this big a rodent in your homes 🤣

CLAMS

These are part of my grandson's shell collection. We sometimes go to the beach when our schedule allows us. When the tide is low, my grandson prefers to hunt for shells instead of swim.

And that's the 6 words chosen for the Contest. However, I would just like to show some of the trophies that were left out but still deserve to be shown if you can indulge me?
