TIME TO TALK ABOUT MY IMAGE AS A DIGITAL ILLUSTRATOR!
This was something I wanted to talk about but for strange reasons I hadn't made a post about it.
Not long ago, well, actually exactly one year, my facet as a digital illustrator was born.
Although more than 5 years ago I had started drawing in traditional: pencil and paper, it was until a year ago that I decided to venture into the digital world to try my luck.
When I already had 3 finished digital illustrations and knew how to work the basics in Photoshop, I decided to create a social network to advertise my illustrations and this was Instagram.
So I needed a profile picture, so I decided it was time to join illustration with photo and I took the photo above with my previous Moto G4 Play phone.
THE PROCESS:
| First I did the treatment to the photo, in this case in Photoshop CC, improving the color, adjusting certain things and especially erasing the background that would later be another. | Later, I struggled with myself because I didn't know where to carry out the idea I had in mind, so I finally opted for Adobe Illustrator and transferred that image to the program. Then I added the illustration elements that define me.|
I decided to use illustration in my photography to show that creativity and dynamism that is my own.

DURATION: 2 hours
PROGRAM: Adobe Photoshop CC and Illustrator.

Generally this is the image that I use as a profile in all my social networks as a digital artist, both on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. So people can recognize my work.
WHY MY NAME?
Although of course, it is actually a pseudonym, I use it to refer to and make myself known as a digital artist within that world. DAVIDEAZUL is a combination of my middle name "DAVID" and later "BLUE", as it is my favorite color. Especially light blue or sky blue, which appear in many of my images.

¡HORA DE HABLAR DE MI IMAGEN COMO ILUSTRADOR DIGITAL!
Esto era algo de lo que quería hablar pero por extrañas razones no había hecho una publicación sobre esto.
Hace poco, bueno, en realidad un año exactamente, nació mi faceta de ilustrador digital.
Aunque hace más de 5 años que había comenzado a dibujar en tradicional: lápiz y papel, fue hasta hace un año que decidí aventurarme en el mundo digital a probar suerte.
Cuando ya tenia 3 ilustraciones digitales terminadas y sabía trabajar lo básico en Photoshop, decidí crearme una red social para publicitar mis ilustraciones y esta fue Instagram.
Así que necesitaba una imagen de perfil, entonces decidí que era momento de unir ilustración con fotografía y me tomé la foto de arriba con mi anterior teléfono Moto G4 Play.
EL PROCESO:
| Primero le hice el tratamiento a la foto, en este caso en Photoshop CC, mejorándole el color, ajustando ciertas cosas y sobre todo borrando el fondo que más adelante sería otro. | Luego, luché conmigo mismo porque no sabía donde llevar a cabo la idea que tenía en mente, así que opté finalmente por Adobe Illustrator y pasé esa imagen al programa. Luego agregué los elementos de ilustración que me definen. |
Decidí usar ilustración en mi fotografía para mostrar esa creatividad y dinamismo que es propia de mi.

Generalmente esta es la imagen que utilizo como perfil en todas mis redes sociales como artista digital, tanto en Youtube, Instagram como en Facebook. Así la gente pueda reconocer mi trabajo.
¿POR QUÉ MI NOMBRE?
Aunque claro, en realidad es un Seudónimo, lo utilizo para referirme y darme a conocer como artista digital dentro de ese mundo. DAVIDEAZUL es una combinación de mi segundo nombre "DAVID" y posteriormente "AZUL", pues es mi color favorito. En especial el azul claro o azul cielo, que aparecen en muchas de mis imágenes.
| Estas me funcionan como banner en mi canal en youtube, al final de los videos para darle a saber al seguidor que poseo 2 redes sociales en las cuales me pueden buscar. | Cuando subo una ilustración a Instagram, de último suelo poner esta imagen, incentivando a seguirme, compartir mi arte y darle like. |
Y creo que con eso, está más que bien. ¿Qué les parece?
