Attitude would be a reflection of what I have said here that begins in the thoughts. I think the three main benefits for me would be first the improvement of my human relationships through communication and empathy, in fact being positive generally attracts positive people. Second, it would improve my performance in every activity and make me more creative in solving problems, and third and most important, the positive attitude has made me reduce stress, that brings me physical and mental health.

As for those around me, it is up to them how this affects them. Good vibes seem to be somewhat contagious when they are genuine, I myself am the result of what I have learned and seen in others, but it is a personal decision whether to imbibe them or not. What I can assure others is that not having a person with a bad attitude next to them reduces their social stress levels and helps them to foster empathy.

You have made me think a lot Galenkp! 🤣

Hmm, this seems like exactly the answer I expected to get. I think you're well on the right track and have thought it out nicely. Keep up the good work.
