Improve your health through the rain.

We’re enjoying a lot of rain, something majestic for plants and crops, and do you want to know something else? Also for us humans.
A few days ago I saw in some places that going for a walk in the rain exposes you to many changes in your system. Even if you don’t get wet, even if you go very covered, just breathing in the droplets or the microparticles released by the rain will put your brain on maximum alert, and this will give your body a great renewal. Why? Because when you go out in the rain your alert system activates. You have to be attentive not to fall, not to slip. Your joints have to be in an impact position all the time. Plus your brain reacts differently to these stimuli, and that’s a great thing. For example, stepping in mud, water, hearing the splashing makes your ears and brain experience something not everyday, and takes you out of your comfort zone.
Besides, seeing the flowers, leaves, stems clean with intense color after being washed—you might not notice it, but your brain does recognize those details, and they will improve your overall health.
If you have someone with depression, take them out to get drenched and you’ll see how their health improves. And even more if you let them walk about 5 km. You’ll see how the damn depression goes down the drain.
What else is good? You’ll see magical beings. You’ll see mushrooms, wet little birds that enjoy the rain and don’t care about the cold at all.

The substances released by the rain, the earth, the leaves, the flowers—everything changes and smells different, and your body will feel it.
So enjoy the rain, go for a walk. Of course, if your condition is sick don’t do it. Remember there’s also flu, pneumonia, and hundreds of illnesses that can kill you with the rain. But if you can do it, just do it. Your immune system will be more than grateful.
Thanks for coming. Enjoy the rain.
I prefer the cold to the infernal heat. If it rains, even better; I don't mind getting wet. I change when I get home, and a good hot coffee goes perfectly with the rain.
Yes when you return need to tak3 a shower for retired the rainy water.
I like this idea because it treats rain as an active environment, not just weather in the background.
When people talk about health, they usually focus on exercise, food, sleep, or medicine. But the environment changes the body too. Walking in rain forces attention. The ground is different, the sound is different, visibility changes, and the body has to adjust with every step. That kind of awareness can make a simple walk feel completely different from a normal routine.
Your point about getting out of the comfort zone is important. Comfort is useful, but too much comfort makes the senses lazy. Rain wakes up small systems: balance, caution, smell, hearing, even mood.
Of course people should be careful and not take unnecessary risks, but there is something valuable in staying connected with natural conditions instead of avoiding every discomfort. Sometimes a little discomfort is exactly what makes the body feel awake.
