✨Here and now ✨

It is already Tuesday, January 2nd.

I think it's nice that the year will end on a Sunday and clearly, it will start on a Monday.

It gives it a certain "order" that I think many of us appreciate. In this year that began to pass I would like to provide myself with quiet spaces of distraction.

I want to give myself moments that allow me to connect with myself, to walk around perceiving what surrounds me and sharing a pleasant conversation with whoever wants to be there with me.

I remind myself to create spaces in the agenda to get out of that race we are all in where we seek to be productive, efficient and multifaceted, to also give space to be ✨here and now ✨ enjoying the time I dedicate to me.

I want to take care of me much better than I have done in these years, I want to treat myself better, I want to talk to me better and listen to me more because I understood that in order to be for others, I must first be for me.

Let's take the first steps to build a better relationship.
