Last week I shared a post about the Sibiu Rally from Romania which was held recently and which brings in the same place lots of off-road drivers from all around the world.
However, since that post was a little bit more informative than a common photography post, this one is going to be filled with closer looks to some of the cars that got my attention because it would be sad not to admire them before getting covered in dust and mud.
Being an off-road rally it would be weird not to see the famous Mitsubishi, Ford and Subaru cars which are amongst the best vehicles for this kind of races. Hence why between 2003-2011 all the grand winners were drivers of one of these cars.
A brand that changed the trail of the top was Skoda who's drivers crossed the finish line first between 2012-2022 with just a few exceptions when in 2015 and 2018 the winning vehicle was a Ford Fiesta.
What I loved to see the most though, was represented by the new cars such as Renault and Peugeout which are definitely part of the modern times, but having an electric car on off-road paths brings you not just one step closer to the evolution of the rally but also shows lots of courage that should be appreciated and encouraged further.
