2nd batch of cars from Sibiu Classic Rally 2022

A while ago, I made this post with the first batch of cars from Sibiu Classic Rally, the edition from 2022, and just now I remembered that I forgot to set up the 2nd part of it since I considered that would be better to split the post in two rather than spam a single one with lots of pictures.

As a quick reminder or short description for those who missed the first part, Sibiu Classic Rally represents a yearly competition held in the city with the same name, where tens of old and classic vehicles are taken on scenic routes challenging the drivers to make it to the first positions and earn the trophy.

However, while there is a proper reward for their efforts, another kind of appreciation comes from people like me who only manage to make it to the exhibition where the vehicles are parked and left for free admiration for the curious ones, which are more and more from one edition to another.

Just as promised in my previous post, I saved a picture with another star of the 11th edition of Sibiu Classic Rally, which is, the beautiful Ford Mustang from 1968 who did enjoy a separate parking spot from the other cars too.

Now I don't know what that means and I am aware there are some more valuable and interesting cars than the others, but somehow it gives me the feeling of being above the rest and it's a pride that I personally don't appreciate that much. But I still enjoyed taking shots of the car, admiring it closely, and seeing people of all ages being interested in it, starting with the little ones until those that could easily be grandparents. The straw hats from the rear did add a county touch too, which transposed me in a different movie!

These are not the complete list of cars that took part in the Sibiu Classic Rally since I attended the exhibition on the last day of the event and some of the participants were already leaving, but since I missed the edition from 2023, I publicly promise to make it to the upcoming edition from 2024 and return with a complete list.

Until then, I hope you enjoyed this post and it stir some curiosity, emotion, or excitement while virtually walking back in time when seeing these gems on four wheels.
