My last pattern was a corporate event, where I was doing photography and video for a cheese brand, they were in charge of the catering of this workshop on entrepreneurship, several emerging brands participated in the event and when leaving the room, a tasting of Venezuelan artisan cheeses was waiting for them.

Mi última pauta fue un evento corporativo, dónde estuve realizando fotografía y video para una marca de quesos, ellos estaban encargados del catering de éste workshop sobre emprendimiento, participaron en el evento varias marcas emergentes y al salir de la sala, pues los esperaba una degustación de quesos artesanales venezolanos .

My task was to record part of the event but with a direct focus on the cheese brand, where the customer's experience and integration with the product was my main point of interest for the recording of the material.

Mi tarea era registrar parte del evento pero con un enfoque directo en la marca de quesos, donde la experiencia e integración del cliente con el producto era mi mayor punto de interés para el registro del material.

Let's say that it will always be complicated to work with a large number of people, especially because you do not want to interfere in what happens, but sometimes it is inevitable, in this case the most important thing is to try as much as possible not to bother the customer, then, comes into play your ability to socialize and establish a relationship with them from empathy, in order to build trust and at the same time make the experience a pleasant event for both parties.

It is also important to be aware of every movement, anticipate it is an indispensable requirement, you can lose the opportunity to capture great moments if you do not have all your senses alert, it is also about being on the same frequency as people, see yourself as part of the process and not as an external entity, it is easier to go unnoticed when you are part of what is happening.

Digamos que siempre será complicado trabajar con una afluencia de personas importante, sobretodo porque no quieres interferir en lo que ocurre, pero a veces es algo inevitable, en este caso lo mas importante es tratar en lo posible de no incomodar al cliente, entonces, entra en juego tu capacidad de socializar y establecer con ellos una relación desde la empatía, con el objetivo de crear confianza y al mismo tiempo convertir la experiencia en un suceso agradable para ambas partes.
Además, es importante estár pendiente de cada movimiento, anticiparlo es un requisito indispensable, puedes perder la oportunidad de capturar grandes momentos si no tienes todos tus sentidos alerta, también se trata de estár la misma frecuencia que las personas, verte más bien como parte de ese proceso y no como un ente externo, es más sencillo pasar desapercibido cuando eres parte de lo que ocurre.

There are countless details, really the Audiovisual area is something complicated and quite extensive, where apart from having theoretical and technical knowledge, you must learn with every experience you have in the field of work, the truth is that I think that is where you learn the most, facing reality and its unexpected change, so is life in general, a constant change, we must flow with it and adapt to the fast pace of the world.

Son infinidad de detalles, realmente el área Audiovisual es algo complicado y bastante extenso, donde aparte de tener conocimientos teóricos y técnicos, debes ir aprendiendo con cada experiencia que tienes en el campo de trabajo, la verdad pienso que es allí donde mas se aprende, enfrentándote a la realidad y su inesperado cambio, así es la vida en general, un constante cambio, debemos fluir con ella y adaptarnos a ese ritmo veloz que lleva el mundo.

Although sometimes the work days are hard and generate a lot of stress, I really enjoy this process, I confirm daily that I am really passionate about this and what I like the most is that I am always learning new things.

A pesar de que algunas veces las jornadas de trabajo son fuertes y generan bastante estrés, yo disfruto en gran manera este proceso, confirmo a diario que de verdad me apasiona esto y lo que más me gusta es que siempre estoy aprendiendo cosas nuevas.
