This place is lovely, the art and urban design that can be seen in each of your photos is very nice. You can see that it lacks a little care to the green areas there, also the heat and drought have influenced.

Greetings @gaboamc2393, the design is beautiful, my favorites are the fish, the blue color and the scales combine very well.
It is an arid area with abundant breezes.
