Neural Pathway Restructuring

Hello Everyone,

I've been working on restructuring some things in my life.

I will no longer be consuming cannabis the same manner that I used to.

Through introspective work I have come to realize I abuse cannabis in its uses, by consuming way too much.

Through introspective work and basic level scientific research, I've discovered that most of the cannabis in my area is highly toxic from the use of PGR's (Plant Growth Regulators.)

I won't get into the details of PGR's for this post, but we all have search engines at our fingertips if the desire is present to learn more.

I still intend to smoke and eat my own cannabis, but only mine. The only exception is people I know very well from this network. That is to say I will have extensive knowledge on the product I'm consuming.

I also intend to consume less when I am consuming, and gear my uses more in a meditative way for introspective growth, instead of a way of life that is repeating unhealthy habits.

I still am burdened by some unhealthy addictions.

I smoke cigarettes and don't see the need for this, but I'm being patient with myself through this process.

I consume coffee, and don't see the need for this, but I am being patient with myself through this process.

I consume soda, and don't see the need for this, but I am being patient with myself through this process.

Neural Pathway Restructuring.

This year I was brutally assaulted on my front porch, pistol whipped in the head and I'm sure my skull was cracked and was bleeding out of my left ear.

I did not seek medical attention for the cracked skull and potential neurological damage. It wouldn't be the first time I've been afflicted with traumatic brain injuries that I've never had looked at by professionals in the medical field.

This head has met concrete more times that I can remember from extreme drug use in the past, of pretty much every type of drug.

If a pang concern meets the reader please release it, because I feel none.

Ever heard the saying "He needs some sense knocked into him." ? ;D

I'm blessed because my brain still works really good, and I'm optimistic about the future.

Through trauma, I've found a lot of clarity.

It's a strange thing, but I'm grateful.

Thank you for stopping by, have a great day!

🙌🙏 - @futuremind

Seemed like an appropriate quote.

That's a lot of chaotic stuff happening this year on your neck of the woods. Good to see that you're making some changes in your life for the better and have identified some goals like lessening the consumption of potentially harmful substances. Getting pistol whipped on top of everything else just plain sucks. Here's to fairer winds ahead ⛵️

The pistol whipping definitely sucked, and I can identify how I could have avoided it altogether. The guys were out of line, but somehow I diffused it non violently by pinning one of them down and just commandingly explained to them that they were going to kill me if they continued. They stopped and were impressed with how "tough" I am lol.

One of them came back later apologizing, and said the experience gave him a new outlook on life. I shook his hand and told him just use it for positive growth.

The noise in my head has quieted a lot so I'll likely be able to focus better and get more work done now. Thank you for the kind words @litguru.

Good thing it didn't turn into worse, and at least one of them learned a lesson. Pretty wild story, and I'm glad you're pushing through.

cannabis is dangerous for your health and you should have stopped taking it long ago.
