Imagine a little globe in your hand.

Imagine that this globe is transparent but contained.

In this little globe is your entire past life.

Imagine that when you observe your past life, you cannot be harmed by the observation, because it is contained in the globe.

Imagine deeper... All of your regrets, all of your sorrows, all of your pain, in an observable state that can no longer cause you any pain or suffering because it is contained and you are just looking at it.

This observation can entail aspects of your self regret, this observation can entail regret for others, this observation is still just that, an observation.

As you look up from the globe you see four walls, but you cannot identify where the walls meet, all you see is white.

The white represents the blank canvass of your current present existence in a state of pure consciousness, unhindered by the observable wounds of the past.

As you set the globe down on the white floor, it dissolves into the white, becoming nothing, and all that is left is the canvass which surrounds you.

What you do with your canvass is beautiful because it is yours and can be molded to create the future that you want for yourself.

If you stay firmly grounded in the past, you disable yourself for growth.

With practice it becomes easier to ensure the depredating of the matrix'd lower dimensions of pain in the psyche.

I wish I could do this; my white glove leaks sometimes, unbidden. At those times, I try to smile, and remember that that person, those deeds and disasters, are gone, and that now I am someone completely other, creating on a brand new canvas every day. The hard part is to let go, encapsulate, the unfortunate things that happened, or worse that I did, to my children. I suppose they need globes of their own. Globes among globes, and canvas upon canvas.

This is beautiful J. I loved waking up to it.

The hard part is to let go, encapsulate, the unfortunate things that happened, or worse that I did, to my children.

This shows how self aware you are and is something that seems to be lacking more and more with people in a general sense.

My thought on this observation is that in a sense we are mirror reflections of one another, and self forgiveness is just as important as forgiveness to others. Perpetrator and victim can become one in the same with a narrow field of vision.

The introspective work and epiphanies that come with it are unique to the observer, and I've learned it can cause insanity to try to get others to comprehend things that I've discovered if there isn't an openness to it.

Same expectations, same behaviors, same results. Insanity becomes a loop in the mind that will not shut off, and will debilitate the afflicted. It's a self infliction.

When we realize our power we can mold any situation to our desire.

I just got back from a trip to the store, I felt negative energy coming from the person in front of me. I did not like it so I changed my body language in the position I was standing and started looking at something in a lock box like I was interested and felt the energy go calm. That's pretty powerful eh :)

Its a hard thing though...changing habits...changing your live...moving on...staying consistent....thinking positive...being positive..

It's hard....

For years I suffered from dis-ease of the mind, it slowed down my progress but I never stop :)
