Monomad:Step aside a bit, I want to pass

Hello all my black and white friends

Lately, the weather has been very extreme, with rain falling for almost a whole week straight, so there has been no time at all to go outside to do activities or hunt for macro subjects. There isn’t a single opening, so it’s very exciting when we want to go out. If the rain continues next week, of course there will be floods everywhere and most likely landslides will occur because the area where I live is very prone to landslides.

So it's not the topic above that I want to discuss. When I was sitting in front of my house in the midst of heavy rain in our area, I saw a species of hairy caterpillar hurriedly trying to cross the falling rain. This caterpillar was walking on a wooden branch lying in front of my house. This species of caterpillar belongs to Sphrageidus smilis. This caterpillar species has a distinctive yellow and black body with fine hairs and orange or red spots on its head. It seemed to be saying, 'Move aside a little, I want to pass.'

The number of caterpillars you find never ceases to amaze me, each one more interesting than the last. Excellent photos!
