Through the Lens and Between the Lines

I've been experiencing a boost in motivation lately—both in taking photos and writing. It feels really good, but it also concerns me a bit. This kind of intense productivity can sometimes flip and lead to burnout. I hope that doesn't happen too soon. Ideally, I want to develop a steady, sustainable habit of writing and photography.

The more I take photos, the more it feels like a valuable learning experience, and I can see my skills improving. As I continue writing about my photography, I’m also becoming more comfortable with expressing myself. My hope is to eventually develop a writing style that others can relate to. I think that’s the goal I want to work toward as I progress on this journey.

At first, I thought getting back into writing would feel awkward or unnatural, but so far, it’s starting to come back to me—just like taking photos has.

I also remembered something: while I was photographing flowers, a few passersby gave me strange looks—as if it was odd to stop and take a picture of a random flower on the street. But honestly, it doesn't bother me. I don’t know them, and they don’t know why I was taking the photo. And that’s okay.

In the end, what matters most is that I’m creating something that feels meaningful to me. If others can connect with it along the way, that’s just a beautiful bonus.
