Phone Photography and the Joy of Editing

I've always been fascinated by photography, especially the part where I edit the photos. Every change I apply creates a different kind of visual effect. Even a simple photo can become dramatic just by applying a filter.

I use only my phone to adjust the effects and add filters to change the photo's color tones and overall look.

Somehow, I find it an enjoyable experience because I like seeing how a simple photo can look better with just a few clicks. Most of the time, I don't even need to refine the brightness, contrast, or other settings because the filters already do a great job balancing the overall appearance.

Even smartphone cameras today are impressive in how they balance captured images. They help ensure there are no overly bright spots or extremely dark areas. That alone makes the original image good, but I still experiment to see if applying filters can improve the result further.

In this post, I'll show you the original photo I took and the versions created after applying filters. People will naturally prefer different edits based on their personal taste, and that is perfectly fine. I'm also a bit torn when it comes to choosing my favorite, but the one with the old photo effect feels more nostalgic to me and that makes it my pick among all the edited versions.

Same here, same here, it's amazing how those simple edits can make big difference in one photo. I sometimes enhance my photo, adjust its brightness and the color tone, its fun doing it really.

Anyways this is pretty photo, the effect and filter applied really give the photo a different touch.
