Night stroll at Bugis (a lively spot in the city)

I’m not sure if it’s the Friday night vibe or the Christmas vibe that made this place extra fun 🤩. It could be both 😅.

Tonight I stroll at Bugis to see if there's a holiday vibe in the area and to have dinner. I know it's one of Singapore's lively places, so it should be an enjoyable experience.

I wanted to stretch my legs because it's been days since I went on a good long walk. I think that it's beneficial to have this kind of exercise so that I don't get too chubby from eating nice food. Eating out every day is an expensive routine to have so I usually go for the places that offer good and affordable eats. Luckily, there are plenty of places here in Singapore that fit my preferences and my budget.

My walk starts along the Beach Road area and over on this side there are plenty of restaurants that seem good. The majority of the restaurants that I say are Chinese, Malay, & Indian. While very few are Japanese and Western-style restaurants.

This spot right here is near the Kampong Glam area. It may look grungy but this area is safe to walk through. After passing through this dark alley I reach the part where there are plenty of restaurants and there are many people are starting to gather.

I am near the center of Kamplong Glam so there are plenty of people who visit the place also.

There are colorful lights that were installed below the window panes which made it look like this house is the decoration in this area.

On one of the doors, I noticed a decor that was hanging on the lights. It looks weird but it's look okay for me.

From here I went to Haji Lane to check the vibe over at that street.

The Haji Lane is the most vibrant that the young people prefer to hang out to. Even the shops are mostly fit for the trendy fashion styles of this generation. Towards the end of my stroll, I had to pass through a big crowd. The bistros are packed!

The vibe feels exciting and fun.
