Night Blooms
I had a bit of free time last night, so I went for a walk around my neighborhood. That’s when I decided to turn it into a quick photo walk instead. Thanks to the recent rain, many flowers are in bloom, and the plants are looking especially healthy these days. It also helps that the gardeners have been doing a great job maintaining the landscaped areas near my block.
Although taking photos of flowers at night isn’t usually ideal due to poor lighting, the spotlights shining on them created an interesting effect that I wanted to capture.
I didn’t bring any lighting equipment, but I was lucky to find some beautiful flowers positioned close to a spotlight. That was enough for my phone to pick up the light and capture the subjects with minimal blurring.
Sometimes, it’s the unplanned walks that lead to the most surprising finds. What started as a simple evening stroll turned into a quiet moment of appreciation for nature’s small details. Even under the glow of streetlights, beauty has a way of standing out.
Thanks a lot 🙏
Nice series bro!
