Market Day Moments
It’s that time of the week when we need to go to the grocery store to buy the things we’ll need for the coming week. It’s also the time when I get to buy fresh vegetables and fruits—the ones I especially enjoy on market day. I like fresh fruits because they taste good and are refreshing, especially when I chill them in the fridge. And yes, I’m that one person who likes to eat fruits cold, sometimes with cream, to make them even more delicious.
Since we’re already here at the grocery store, I might as well take some photos. I like adding them to my black-and-white photo collection. They add variety to my gallery, which helps keep it from looking boring with only nature-themed shots.
In the coming days, I might also include street photos to make my collection more interesting. Those are the kinds of subjects I’ll be sharing in my posts—nature, animals, and street photography. For the animal shots, I’ll probably stick to stray cats I find on the streets, since I don’t think I have the courage to approach someone with a pet and ask to photograph them. That would feel awkward, at least for me. I’d rather find places where stray cats hang out, offer them a treat, and hopefully get them to be friendly enough to pose for my camera.
Each grocery trip turns into a small adventure, full of fresh flavors and snapshots worth keeping. Until the next market day, I’ll keep my camera ready for the stories waiting to be captured.
Beautiful! Scene change to supermarket is nice
