Night Jogging! For my Actifit report 29 Jan 2023

Hey Actifiters! I went on a night jogging. The full moon has lit the city, it was amazing! I wish that I have a camera that can capture the details of the moon’s surface.

Before I went jogging, I also did some routine at the gym. I made 80 counts of sit ups, 60 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 30 counts of push ups, and 60 counts of mountain climbing.

I thought I did well with my activity score. But I want to improve it by tomorrow, let’s go!
