RE: Steamed Tofu with Mushrooms for Soft Textured Food Lovers

That looks delicious. I love tofu. I’ve never had it with mushrooms and those mushrooms are beautiful. I love the pop of red with the chilies 🌶.
I see many types of tofu here but have only tried a few. I recently bought a soft type. I made a little dressing for it with soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar and topped it with some slices of cucumber and tomatoes. It was more like a cold salad.
