Good morning, Hive-ians! 😊
My handsome husband asked me to make him something called “Impossible Pie”, which I had to look up and this was my end result. 😊
Some of our Pigeons coming to see if I’ve got any treats or if I’d spread some around when they weren’t looking. 😊
He didn’t even let it cool completely before he dug into the Impossible Pie. 😊
He said it was so good he had to have another piece. 😊
The Chickadees are happy that we moved the bird feeder up to the dog run…it stops Pigeons from stealing all the seeds before Chickadees get some. 😊
The Pigeons kept my handsome husband company while he shoveled the driveway. 😊
Today’s been a very busy baking day. I made this double batch of Coffee Cake. 😊
I also made this single batch to send to our daughter for Christmas. 😊
My handsome husband made supper tonight, so I could come type this post and it was yummy. He made Sloppy Joes and fries from our garden potatoes! 😊
I also made a couple batches of Cinnamon Buns, some for us to enjoy, a batch each for our son and daughter for Christmas. 😊

Thank you very much, (its a lot of work to learn new recipes, but when things come out as expected or even better,) it's totally worth the extra effort. It's because you make it up in a blender and it still comes out like a pie, with a crust on the bottom and the coconut on top. He really loved it, it didn't even last the night. LOL! 😊
Today, has been a big cookie bar baking day. I'm making up a bunch of treats to send out to our daughter for Christmas and to bring over to our sons, for his family to enjoy through the holidays as well. 😊
Now, I just need your lovely wife to teach me how she makes that beautiful bread you all enjoy on the Sabbath...any chance she'll be making a video on that anytime soon? 😊

Yes ma'am, it's smelling like fresh baked goods every day around here, for at least another few days...by then all the goodies should be made and ready to ship out to our daughter in Ontario and a delivery to our son in town by next week. Yay! 😊

I just saw the clock and realized its time to get supper going...I'm not sure where the day went, its was 9 am when I last looked at the clock. Baking sure makes the day fly by. LOL! I think I made impossible pie once, but the memory is foggy this morning. Yours looks sooo good! Love the shot of your favorite tree. We got an inch of snow, but it rained and is gone.

Thank you very much! It was so easy, just threw it all in the blender and voila. My handsome husband is happy that I found it so simple, because he knows that means I'm willing to make it again, whenever he wants it. 😊
It rained here today and we've lost most of our snow, but unfortunately, we know that won't last long up here...the dreaded white stuff will return, probably not this week though, it looks like nice weather. 😊
