Time Flies | My Baby's First Day In School.. ENG/ESP

A mother works around the clock, Can't quit if she wants to and doesn't even get paid. The truth is being a mother is the best and greatest job ever..

When he was two months old<a

Time is a funny thing. Before you know it you're all grown- up. One thing I learned is you're only a kid once, once you grow up you can never go back.

Right now my son is One year and 6 months old and I feel it's time to register him for school.. Even if some folks tell me he is still too young to go to school, they suggest "Why don't I wait till he can talk and express himself a bit". Actually it's not a bad idea but I wouldn't take such risk because it will slow down his learning process

For me letting him Start school at 1 year and six months is something that will boost up his learning skills.

His First day in school was filled with lots of tears, probably he thought am dropping him off and bailing out on him. .. He has been adjusting quite well, seeing his peers talk, write and eat on their own is also something he wants to do on his own.

That is the beauty of going to school, a child learns the good from peers and also the bad from them…. The parent's job however is to control the child not to allow those bad habits he picks up become part of him....

This is his first week In School and I am already seeing lots of Improvement. Before I was finding it difficult teaching him how to use the potty, how to hold a pen and how to say even a simple word all by himself, I just realized I couldn't do it alone.

I was so surprised when he said his first word "Water" yesterday after picking him up from school. I had to make sure I heard it right so I did a little experiment.

I Pronounced the word to him while giving him a cup of water. Then he repeated after me, this time he shouted it out loud "WATERRRRRERR" My heart was fillied with joy, I was so touched and in tears I had to record it on cam. It was so Emotional and I just found myself squeezing him so tight in my arms.

Ever since he started school he has been making some attempt to eat on his own, Even though he cant hold the spoon right he eat by themselves just with his hands, something he never does, cause he always wants me to feed him but right now after starting school and seeing his peers eating by themselves he wants to do the same, He doesn't even want me feeding him anymore.. "What has that school done to him"? 😂"

I was helping him with his assignment the other day. You know, holding his hands to Scribble, all of a sudden he just removed his hands from my grip and started scribbling all by himself. Scribbling and coloring actually helps children to express themselves more, opens up their creativity, and boosts up their behavior and learning process..

Well I guess My baby is all grown up. Maybe letting him start school now at an early age is the only way he could learn, because people actually do have various ways of learning. Plus I got the house all to myself for 6 hours while he is at school till i pick him up so yeah extra bonus points for me😁.

Till we read again, kudos!..

Motherhood is truly a gift and the best job ever. Your kid is surely a big boy o, I can't believe he's a year and six months old.

Allow him to attempt things on his own as that will boost his confidence....cheers

Aww how they grow so fast, he's such a handsome gentleman. And I love how you stick to your decision to help him develop fast, he needs it so he can grow faster than his peer. Plus his first word was really nice to know it's water. Beautiful #dreemport

Children starting school at an early age will aid in their learning skills and will be able to inculcate some good habits once they see their peers doing it by themselves too. I love it when kids are practicing some words on their own and learning stuff from school which means they are being observant of the school environment. I popped in through #dreemport
