Cumaná desde las Alturas del Castillo San Antonio de la Eminencia
Saludos estimados amigos apasionados por la fotografía. Les traigo nuevas visiones o retratos urbanos de Cumaná. Desde la distancia el lente detalla planos generales semi aéreos que revelan la arquitectura prominente de la Iglesia Santa Inés, en su entorno natural e histórico, estas postales del paisaje cumanés están enfocadas desde el Castillo San Antonio; en las fotos se puede apreciar el mar de fondo del oriente caribeño.
Greetings to all my fellow photography enthusiasts. I bring you new perspectives—urban portraits—of Cumaná. From a distance, the lens captures semi-aerial wide shots that reveal the prominent architecture of the Santa Inés Church within its natural and historical setting; these images of the Cumaná landscape were taken from San Antonio Castle, with the Caribbean Sea of the eastern region visible in the background.
Desde la cumbre del cerro Pan de Azúcar, la silueta neoclásica de Santa Inés destaca entre el entramado de tejados y calles del centro histórico, reafirmando su papel como corazón espiritual de la ciudad.
From the summit of Pan de Azúcar Hill, the neoclassical silhouette of Santa Inés stands out amidst the network of rooftops and streets in the historic center, reaffirming its role as the spiritual heart of the city.
El encuadre integra la franja azul del mar en la distancia, creando una superposición de planos donde la arquitectura dialoga directamente con la costa cumanesa.
The framing incorporates the blue strip of the sea in the distance, creating a layering of planes where the architecture engages in a direct dialogue with the Cumaná coastline.
La elevación del Castillo ausente permite apreciar la escala real de los monumentos frente a la inmensidad del paisaje marítimo y la trama urbana que se despliega a sus pies; todo lo contiene la luz calurosa justo antes del medio día.
The elevation of the absent Castle allows one to appreciate the true scale of the monuments against the vastness of the seascape and the urban fabric unfolding at their feet; the warm light just before midday encompasses it all.
