RE: The Historic of Vigan IIocos Sur/Norte

Ilocos, particularly Vigan, is on my bucket list when it comes to places I dream to visit in the Philippines. I am glad you visited places that are rich in history, and those beautiful pictures convinced me even more to visit Vigan next time I go back home to the Philippines.
