Beach Lovers; A married couple that loves spending time together is UNBREAKABLE

We have been in a relationship for six years and married for three, a total of ten years together. Throughout this time, we've faced many challenges, but with strong faith, we managed to overcome them all. During our three years of marriage, we've learned a lot about ourselves, both the good and the bad. I guessed what they said was true, that you will know the true colors of your partner once you already live in the same roof together.

Strolling on the beach with the one you love is very romantic. My husband and I make sure that we always have to spend time together on our days off. For three years of being married we realized that love is not enough to build and maintain a lifetime of marriage. It needs a total commitment from both of you, respect, trust, loyalty, open communication, and you need to always enjoy and crave each others company. Somehow this things I mentioned works for us.

My husband loves taking pictures of me while we are walking on the seashore, feeling the sand and the warm salty breeze. How I wish this day would never end; "Simple joy, simple pleasure". The wife is a reflection of her husband. People can see through you, the happiness that comes from within radiates naturally, and people can see that.

I am a woman who knows what I want. I can be very direct and some people may think that I am rude. I cannot hide my emotions in short, I am very transparent. You can tell if I am happy and if I am angry I can't hide it either. The only thing that my husband doesn't like is when I am angry and he wants to get it over and done with and I can't. I can't let it go or move on so easily. I need time to calm down, reflect, and digest everything which takes days of not talking to him. The silent treatment is a total agony for my husband, just being silly to think about it but sometimes it's my way of telling my husband that "It serves you right" for making me angry.

After we spent time on the beach, we decided to buy some iced coffee from Starbucks. We chilled there for a little while, savoring both our drinks. My husband believes in this phrase already "happy wife, happy life", just like other husbands in the world will agree. In fairness to my husband, he is a very good and responsible man. Not only that, he is very understanding, and patient, and treats me like a queen. He makes sure that I am his priority. Despite the cultural differences, my husband still manages to embrace and love Filipino culture and everything that comes with it. Those qualities made me love him even more.
