Summer walk , and a dead snake

This snake wasn't lucky today, before I found it I saw a car coming into the forest, there were people on it who went to look for mushrooms, so the snake couldn't get off the road quickly and the car ran over it, but surprisingly it wasn't very ugly looking, part of its neck had been slightly hit by the car tire, but hard enough that it died right after that.
I'll try to find a snake next time who is alive, then the pictures will be much more interesting. :))
