Cold morning -19 , and briquette

The next cold night passed, it was -23 degrees at night, and in the morning it was -19. By the end of the week, the cold will become less strong , if it stays at -4 then it will start feel like summer 😆☕👌👌
So I use these wood chips briquettes to keep the stove warm longer. Butyou can not heat up the stove quickly with these briquettes, but they are ideal for maintaining a certain temperature. First, you put regular logs under the stove and make fire, so the stove heats up in less time and then you can use the briquettes 👌👌

But strangely enough, my mouse trap hasn't caught anything during these cold days, usually I get one mouse a week for sure, but right now it's very quiet.

I hope this tape will give the charging cable some more time before I buy a new one. I was looking for a new charging cable online and there are many options... here is the link I chose - https://www.joom.com/et/products/6475d08350663c0103bd8375.
I'm trying to get it so that this time it's a cable that's stronger and the end of the connector can be move

Are they better than for example hard wood like birch or a beech tree?
Regular wood is always better 😁👌☕ , this one is good to use when you've got the heat up on the stove or in the room and you're keeping the heat up at some level, but for these blocks to burn well, it depends on what else they're made of ( they put in ) . Some manufacturers add a light heating oil mixture to it, which helps with burn it . It is not lot but tiny .
Also It's easier to said like this , they're a good plan B to use when it's difficult to get firewood right away, especially when prices are high. 💁♂️
Ok then I will stick with my firewood..
