Hello my dear readers and lovers of good food, today I have not felt like cooking or being in the kitchen for a long time, the truth is that it is very hot (35ºC) in Villahermosa Tabasco, Mexico.

I remembered that I had bought some marinated chicken wings and thighs during the week, which I defrosted early in the morning.

Hola mis apreciados lectores y amantes del buen comer, hoy no he tenido ganas de guisar ni de estar metida mucho tiempo en la cocina, la verdad que esta haciendo mucho calor (35ºC) en Villahermosa Tabasco, México.

Recordé que había comprado en la semana unas alitas y muslos de pollo adobados los cuales desde temprano los puse a descongelar.

Once thawed, I spread them on a tray.

Una vez descongelados los extendí en una bandeja.

Le agregue un poco de salsa (Hunt wings).


Place some frozen potatoes spread out on a tray.

Coloque unas papas congeladas extendidas en una bandeja.

On the stove place the chicken on the bottom rack of the oven and the potatoes on the top rack. I let them cook for 20 minutes on one side and then I removed them and changed the level of both trays.

In the house you could smell a very pleasant odor from the entrance.

En la estufa coloque el pollo en la parrilla de abajo del horno y las papas en la parrilla de arriba. Deje cocinar por 20 min por un lado y luego los removí y cambie de nivel ambas bandejas.

En la casa se podia percibir desde la entrada un olor bien agradable.

Once the potatoes and chicken are browned, remove them from the oven.
Una vez doradas las papas y el pollo los saque del horno.

I loved the result is the first time I prepare this meal and my children and they liked it very much.
Me ha encantado el resultado es la primera vez que preparo esta comida y a mis hijos y les ha gustado mucho.

The best of all is that it is not fried and it is healthier because it is baked.

The chicken wings are toasted and soft on the inside, and if you like them spicier you can add more Hunt Wings sauce on top.

These wings are ideal for a quick lunch, dinner or snacks, I would have liked to serve them with a cabbage, carrot and mayonnaise salad, I think it would make the perfect combination, I will prepare them this way for another occasion when I feel like cooking.
I will try to get the marinating sauce recipe so I can prepare them from scratch.

Meanwhile, if where you live they already sell the marinated wings, try them so you don't have to do like me who never showed any attention to them, but from now on they will be included in the menu of the month since I asked my family how much they give them from one to 10 and they told me that they passed the test.

Lo mejor de todo es que no es fritura y al ser horneado es mas saludable.
Te comento que las alitas de pollo quedan tostadas y suaves por dentro, ya si te gustan mas picante puedes agregarle por encima mas de la salsa Hunt Wings.
Estas alitas son ideales para un almuerzo rápido, una cena o snacks, me hubiera gustado acompañarla con una ensalada de repollo zanahoria y mayonesa, creo que haría la combinación perfecta, ya las prepararé así para otra ocasión en donde si tenga ganas de cocinar.
Trataré de conseguir la receta de la salsa para marinar y así prepararlas desde el inicio.
Mientras si en donde vives ya venden las alitas marinadas animate a probarlas que no te pase como a mi que no le mostré nunca ninguna atención, pero desde ahora estará incluida en el menú del mes ya que a mi familia les pregunte que del uno al 10 cuanto le dan y me dijeron que 10.Es decir pasó la prueba.
