Recovery Day 9 - Steps only... my training diary entry from June 15 2026

(While you can take the cogwheel railway - which I showed you in one of my recent reports - from Brannenburg up to the Wendelsteinhaus, you can descend to Bayrischzell on the other side via the cable car.)
Hi Actifitters,
apart from the step count (10300), yesterday was another rest day. So there is nothing to report, other than the fact that Actifit once again counted fewer steps than I actually took.
Today, close-grip push-ups and a few other exercises are on the agenda again. I’m curious to see if I can improve on my performance from the day before yesterday. My nutrition and recovery have been good, so I’m hoping for progress.

Immer noch das gleiche Problem? Da muss es doch eine Lösung geben... Aber selbst mit zu wenigen auf 10k zu kommen ist ziemlich gut :-)

Ich dachte, Du spielst auf meine Muskelzerrung an, als Du nach dem gleichen Problem gefragt hast. Welches Problem meinst Du?
Ich meine den Schrittzähler, dass der noch immer nicht richtig mitläuft. Aber mit der Zerrung ist auch blöd. Mein Bruder meinte gestern, ich solle besser aufpassen, es mit 4x gym und 3x Tang Soo Do nicht zu übertreiben. Recht hat er...
Ja, das mit den Schritten nervt ein bisschen, aber ist mir eigentlich auch egal inzwischen.
Wenn man Sport liebt, ist es wirlich ein Drahtseilakt, das Maximum zu machen, ohne dabei ins Übertraining zu geraten.
