A few push-ups and cycling training... my training diary entry from May 26 2026

(I took these photos of lush green clover leaves during my hike last weekend. Four-leaf clovers are said to bring good luck. Unfortunately, however, I couldn't spot a single one here.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, I only had enough time for a few push-ups and a cycling session. On the positive side, my shoulder didn't give me any trouble during the last two push-up workouts. Hopefully, it stays that way going forward.
Here are a few stats from the cycling session:

Elevetaion gain - 203 m
Average speed - 32.9 km/h
Maximum speed - 57.9 km/h
Average power output - 213 watts
Maximum power output - 531 watts
Average heart rate - 141 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 179 bpm
Average cadence - 84
Maximum cadence - 111
Whether I’ll find time for a workout today is anyone’s guess. I have a few errands to run, followed by appointments at work. We’ll see if I manage to burn off a few calories.

40 mins of cycling is a good way to burn calories
Sehr schön! Ich bin vom Fahrrad aufs Laufband umgestiegen, bzw. wechsle ab. Habe da auch eine kleine Routine gefunden. Die Treppensteigmaschine mag ich noch gar nicht ausprobieren.
Hier einer für dich (na gut, auch für mich :-D ), weil du immer so fleißig verteilst:
Routinen sind gut und wichtig. Die Treppenmaschine hat bestimmt einen ordentlichen Muskelkater zufolge. ;)
