(During a walk in Thailand, we passed a rubber plantation. Here you can see how rubber is harvested. When the trees are old enough, the bark is gradually removed down to the trunk so that the rubber sap can flow into a tray.)

Hi Actifitters,

after taking it easy with my training intensity yesterday, my values ​​were able to recover a bit. Taking it easy means I did an hour of core stability training and light dumbbell exercises, followed by 70 minutes of cycling at a moderate heart rate.


I won't overdo it today either, as Garmin still classifies my training status as overtraining. My training readiness is back in the green zone, but at 53 there's still plenty of room for improvement.
