(I photographed this stunted snowman a few weeks ago during our hike to the Großer Arber.)

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday I had two more Zwift sessions but this time at a lower intensity that the day before. My legs felt a bit tired from the last sessions, so I decided to keep things easy.

Together with one hour of stretching and core stability exercises I made it to nearly three hours of activity.


Today is packed with appointments again and is likely to be very stressful. For this reason, I've decided to limit my training to one hour of cycling.

Wow that is a lot of activity. Does Actifit count the cycling as steps somehow? I can't connect my watch to the app as the app always crashes when j go into settings 😅

I hope today won't be as stressful as predicted!

Yes, Actifit also counts steps while cycling. And yes, the Actifit app is a mess. Somebody told me that it works much better on iOS but for Android it is not far from unusable.

Do I have to put some special setting for actifit to count my other activities as steps? Or is it the movement done during cycling that triggers the step counter?

No, it counts automatic. I didn't have to change anything in the settings.
