Intense workout day and more than 2 mio SPORTS staked... my training diary entry from December 16 2025

(Made this shot a few days ago. What you see is the Airbus A380 from Emirates that starts every afternoon in Munich to arrive around six hours later in Dubai.)
Hi Actifitters,
as mentioned yesterday I felt quiet good and planned a harder session than the last days. I started with regular push-ups and went on with close grip push-ups. Since there were two regular push-ups missing to master the current goal I am happy that I was able to do it this time.

As you can see the new goal means I have to do a minimum of 20 push-ups more than yesterday. This could be interesting.
As happy as I was with the success of the regular push-ups, the close-grip push-ups afterwards were quite sobering. In total I was only able to achieve 39 repetitions in five sets. This means four less than last time. Although the breaks between sets were only half as long as last time, I still expected a little more.

This result was disappointing but what can I do? Ah... I know! I have to make it better next time!
After the two push-up variations, I also did lateral raises, front raises and shoulder presses (all with dumbbells). Overall this workout took a bit more than two hours. After I had a short break before I sat on my indoor bike to do a hard 30 kilometer session that brouht my heart frequenz up to 175 in the peak.
Today in the afternoon I have an appointment at work, so I am not sure what I can do in case of sports. I am thinking about a 20 kilometer walk to the office. That would add a little variety to my training and I would have the opportunity to work through my podcast listenlist.
With my daily small power-ups and the returns from my Actifit reports, I have now accumulated over 2 million SPORTS tokens. That's not really much when you look at the value in dollars, but it's fun to watch the account grow slowly but surely.
