(We also passed this small chapel on our little Taubenberg hike last saturday.)

Hi Actifitters,

another workout another progress. This time I could finish another goal in terms of pull-ups with resistance band support.

The previous goal looked like this.

Here is yesterdays achievement (23):

As you can see, I achieved exactly the required number of pull-ups which means two more than last time. Before I know my next goal I have to do a performance test. Depending on how many pull-ups I can do in a row, I know what my next goals will be.

Yesterday's program also included crunches, dumbbell rows and dumbbell curls. On top I was cycling one hour at 125 watts... lets call it a recovery session.

Overall, I felt strong and look back on a successful training day.


Today is a rest day, which suits me perfectly since I stayed out late at the Christmas market last night. I might even manage to squeeze in another recovery session on the indoor bicycle... we'll see.
