Next small goal achieved, on to the next one! ... my training diary entry from December 9 2025

(On our Saturday tour to Taubenberg in Warngau, we passed this observation tower. Unfortunately, it was locked. Normally, it's possible to go up and enjoy the beautiful view.)

hope you are all feeling nice and fit!? I do!!!
It was supposed to be an intense week, and what can I say? I'm well on track.
In terms of pull-ups with resistance band support I could achieve the next small goal on my traininig plan. I could do one more than last time as the following tables show.

The next pull-up session will definitely be tough, but I'm looking forward to it.
On top of the pull-ups I made slow and clean side crunches, followed by three sets of dumbbell curls and three sets of dumbbell rows.
On todays schedule push-ups have priority one again. After several sessions where I've made no progress, I need to make some progress with regular push-ups today. In addition, I will be doing shoulder presses, lateral and front raises, all with dumbbells.
