Mandatory amount of steps only... my training diary entry from December 7 2025

_{(Unfortunately, there wasn't much snow on our little hike on Saturday. I had hoped for a bit more white. But winter has only just begun. On the plus side, we had sunshine, as you can clearly see in the photo.)}

Hi Actifitters,

because of the large amount of unhealthy food on Saturday, the night was quite restless and I was correspondingly unfit. Therefore, I spontaneously decided to take a rest day and only aim to reach my self-imposed step goal.

Today's schedule includes push-ups and indoor cycling. Thanks to yesterday's rest, I feel fit today and think the workout will go well.
