Base workout on my smart trainer - November 20 2025

(Here you see mushrooms I photographed on a walk a few weeks ago. According to Google Lens it should be the sulphur tuft (Hypholoma fasciculare), another fungus you should not eat if you do not want to get stomache problems.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday I started to do some sports again. My plan was to make an hour indoor cycling and thats what I did. My Garmin Enduro 3 suggested a workout at my base. So I sat on my smart trainer and completed 53 minutes at a power output of 135 watts.
Felt pretty good and I am looking forward to the next session, which takes place in a few minutes.
In the near future, I will follow the recommendations of my watch and am curious to see if I can noticeably improve my fitness.
Since we have visitors over the weekend, it will be a little difficult to train, but I'm determined to do it anyway.
