Two personal bests 💪 - October 28 2025

(I was able to photograph the two alpacas in July when my wife and me were descending from Rehleitenkopf.)
Hi Actifitters,
hope you are doing well. I am ok but it could be a lot better. Last night was much too restless and short. As a result my body couldn't regenerate properly and my training readiness was still to low.
At first I thought I would spontaneously take another day off. But then I decided to do a less intense workout with focus on pull-ups. And hey, what can I say? I am super happy that I did it. In the end, I was able to achieve two new personal bests.
For the first time after my shoulder and elbow problems, I managed two clean pull-ups without and 21 pull-ups in five sets with resistance band support.
I'm going to take it easy for the rest of the day, and with a bit of luck, I will sleep well next night and wake up with a fitter feeling than I did today.
