Shoulder feels much better after the injection - October 18 2025

(This photo was taken this summer when I was hiking the Wendelstein with my wife. It looks like someone really put a lot of effort into designing a nice bench for a break.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday I was finally able to train again. The focus was on push-ups, but I couldn't make any progress. But I'm not going to let that discourage me. Next time, it will definitely be better.
After the cortisone injection, my shoulder actually felt better. I hope this condition lasts longer and isn't just temporary.
Today I'm also going to train and focus on pull-ups. There has to be a day when I can do two pull-ups in a row. However, I'm a little worried that my tennis elbow might get worse again. It certainly feels that way.
Garmin and Actifit recorded almost the same number of steps.
That's all for today.
Be kind to each other and keep moving!
