Still only one clean pull-up but almost 30k steps: October 15 2025
(On a long walk a few weeks ago, I passed by a property where many Bambis were enjoying the sun.)
Hi Actifitters,
after two days without strength training, yesterday I had a long and fairly tough workout again. It took about 3.5 hours in total and burned about 1,200 calories.
The main focus was on pull-ups, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to do a second one cleanly on my own yet. With the help of the resistance bands, I managed 18 pull-ups in 6 sets, with my best set being 4.
I also did alternating curls, lateral raises, and rows, all three exercises with dumbbells. To finish off my workout, I did 194 straight crunches in three sets, which is a personal best.
Between each of the five exercises, I climbed 100 meters on my aerobic board, for a total of 400 meters.
Since I slept far too little and poorly last night, training is unfortunately canceled today. Tomorrow I have an appointment with an orthopedist to get my shoulder examined, which has been causing problems for the past few months. If nothing serious comes out of this, I'll probably do another nice push-up session tomorrow.
That's it for today.
Be kind to each other and keep moving.

I will maintain my walking. I tire quickly with any other form of exercise and ran away from gym because of that. I hope to find consistency soon
Most of the time, it's your head that gets in the way. Stay focused, and you can achieve much more than you think. But taking a minimum of steps every day is definitely good and important.
Thank you. Will stay consistent and focused
