Fascinating Insects

A few weeks ago, I was talking to a friend that Hive gave me, and I was telling her how difficult writing was for me at the time. Basically, my creativity was at zero. I had material to share, but the words just weren't flowing through my hands to be able to write something decent. She told me she missed seeing the bugs I used to find in my garden. I remember telling her that I hadn't found anything interesting in a while, and a couple of days ago, I came across this little three-striped grasshopper. At that moment, I had a cell phone we had just bought for our business venture, so I decided to test its camera.

They're not the best photos, but by the time I got my camera and came back, the grasshopper probably wouldn't have been there anymore. I loved those vibrant red tones that made this little friend stand out among the intense green of the damiana leaves. This little predator was probably hunting for some nymphs that have made damiana their home. Super agile and fast, it wasn't easy to get accurate shots of this little one with my phone, or maybe I just don't know how to use the camera properly yet. Here are some decent shots I was able to take.

Hace unas semanas conversaba con una amiga que Hive me regalo, y le comentaba lo mal que se me estaba dando la escritura por esos días, básicamente tenía la creatividad en cero, tenía material para compartir, pero simplemente las palabras no fluía a través de mis manos para poder plasmar algo decente, ella me comentaba que extrañaba ver los bichos que me encontraba en mi jardín, para esos días recuerdo que le había comentado que desde hacía rato no encontraba algo interesante, y hace un par de días me encontré con esta pequeña saltarina de 3 franjas, en ese momento tenía a la mano un teléfono móvil que recién hemos adquirido para nuestro emprendimiento, así que decidí poner a prueba su cámara.

No son las mejores fotografías, sin embargo, mientras iba por mi cámara y regresaba, probablemente no estaría allí la saltarina, me encantaron esos tonos rojos tan vibrantes que hicieron que esta amiguita resaltara entre el verde intenso de las hojas de damiana. Es probable que esta pequeña depredadora estuviera a la caza de algunas ninfas que han hecho de la damiana su hogar, superágil y rápida, no fue fácil hacer tomas precisas de esta pequeña, con mi móvil, o probablemente sea que yo aún no manipulo bien su cámara. Aquí les dejo algunas tomas decentes que pude hacer.
