Hello, how are you? In this case, the photograph is taken in color, the corresponding edits are made, and then a black and white filter is applied. Next, you edit again with a brush over the area where you want to restore the color, so to speak. This technique is called selective coloring, and I do it from my cell phone with an app called Snapseed.

Thank you so much @fmbs25 for the tip.. I am using snapseed, too.. I am now trying to figure out how to use this technique.. 😊
I learned by watching some YouTube tutorials.
