Decir(se) desde el cuerpo. Una reflexión en torno al movimiento y al cuerpo que habla. (ENG/ESP))

The body, movement and the innumerable number of possibilities that accompany both concepts. The body that contains, that maintains, that carries, that accompanies life. The ideal harmonic structure with which life in any of its forms is possible. It cannot be said that the human being is a machine, since it is integrated by a component that we call spirit or soul, which cannot be measured, nor quantified or qualified and which does not depend on otherness, it just is. However, the constitution of his organism is so perfect that it seems to be a matter thought by geniuses, with a mechanical functioning that responds to chemical and physical processes that would not be able to take place without the presence of movement.

El cuerpo, el movimiento y la innumerable cantidad de posibilidades que acompañan ambos conceptos. El cuerpo que contiene, que mantiene, que lleva, que acompaña la vida. Estructura armónica ideal con la cual la vida en cualquiera de sus formas es posible. No puede decirse que el ser humano es una máquina, puesto que lo integra un componente que llamamos espíritu o alma, que no se mide, ni se cuantifica o califica y que no depende de la otredad, tan solo es. Sin embargo, la constitución de su organismo es tan perfecta que parece una cuestión pensada por genios, con un funcionamiento engranado como de forma mecánica que responde a procesos químicos y físicos que no lograrían tener lugar sin la presencia del movimiento.

Motion is the fundamental component to maintain everything that is part of the universe, it is the reason for the existence of what we know, the action that gave rise to everything that came later. There are several scientific theories that can best exemplify this idea of motion as the apex of material existence.

El movimiento es el componente fundamental para mantener todo aquello que forma parte del universo, es la razón de la existencia de lo que conocemos, la acción que dio sitio a todo lo que vino luego. Existen diversas teorías científicas que pueden ejemplificar mejor tal idea del movimiento como ápice de la existencia material.

"Nowadays, we call that first instant of life of the universe the Big Bang, assimilating that emergence to that of a baby just born into the world, as if at its birth the cosmos had shouted loudly. In the early 1930s, when talk of a big explosion began, Georges Lemaître decided to call the newborn universe the "cosmic egg" or "primordial atom". The few scientists who took such an occurrence seriously were convinced that, if it harbored so much compressed energy inside, the primordial atom must have had an inconceivably high temperature and had to have undergone a violent expansion to release all that pressure. There are many ideas and words to be spun around this theme, given that the universe and its elements are vast, intense and longitudinal. However, the subject that happens to us in relation to this theme is the one that speaks of the human body and its movement: expansive, free and infinite, that is, the body that dances and turns its movement into sensation and beauty. A body that dances finds in movement what the poet has in letters: the means to say/say to himself what he carries inside, to communicate with his soul and with those he shares. It is also the instance through which he reads everything that happens around him.

Hay alrededor de este tema muchas ideas y palabras para hilar, dado que el universo y sus elementos son extensos, intensos y longitudinales. No obstante, el asunto que nos acontece en relación con este tema es aquel que habla del cuerpo humano y su movimiento: expansivo, libre e infinito, es decir, el cuerpo que danza y convierte su movimiento en sensación y belleza. Un cuerpo que danza encuentra en el movimiento aquello que el poeta tiene en las letras: el medio para decir/decirse lo que lleva dentro, para comunicarse con su alma y con las que se comparte. Asimismo, es la instancia por la cual lee todo lo que acontece a su alrededor.

Just as there are infinite ways to consider the creation and development of the universe, there are also infinite ways to deconstruct the body and movement. One could be to understand that the former is the channel through which the latter is encoded and decoded, constructed and reconstructed, as many times as desired. From the place where I decide to see life, the body that moves, the body that dances is the wisest and most appropriate to understand what happens both in the periphery and inside the being.

Así como infinitas formas hay de considerar la creación y el desarrollo del universo, también existen para deconstruir el cuerpo y el movimiento. Una podría ser entender que el primero es el canal por el cual el segundo se codifica y decodifica, se construye y reconstruye, tantas veces como se desee. Desde el lugar en donde decido ver la vida, el cuerpo que se mueve, el cuerpo que danza es el más sabio y propio para comprender lo que acontece tanto en la periferia como en lo interno del ser.

Moving from the structural, from the figures that make up the body: bones, muscles, joints, organs and the waves that repeat and expand with them, speak of what happens in the internal, that even the consciousness itself is unaware of and also of the translation it makes of what surrounds it and makes it be - given that one is insofar as one knows, sees and feels -. "In general terms, it can be said that these contrasting points of view apply movement to two different objectives: on the one hand, to the representation of more external aspects of life, and on the other, to reflect the recondite processes within the human being" (The mastery of movement. El moverse desde lo estructural, a partir las figuras que componen el cuerpo: huesos, músculos, articulaciones, órganos y las ondas que se repiten y expanden con ellas, hablan de lo que pasa en lo interno, que incluso desconoce la propia conciencia y también de la traducción que hace de lo que lo rodea y lo hace ser – dado que se es en la medida que se conoce, se ve y se siente —. “En términos generales, se puede decir que estos puntos de vista contrastantes aplican el movimiento a dos objetivos diferentes: por una parte, a la representación de aspectos más externos de la vida, y por la otra, a reflejar los procesos recónditos en el interior del ser humano” (El dominio del movimiento. Deciphering the message carried by the body through movement, the message that often cannot be verbalized. The gesture says more than many words. It is common to hear from me: the body will always be wiser, faster and more sure of what it wants, it is necessary to trust what it dictates. In the same vein, lately I embrace the following mantra as a philosophy of life: Let us honor the present moment. May we find peace and liberation. I believe this is only possible through movement, through constant change, which in turn means balance.

Descifrar el mensaje llevado por el cuerpo a través del movimiento, el mensaje que muchas veces no es posible verbalizar. El gesto dice más que muchas palabras. Es común escuchar de mí: el cuerpo siempre será más sabio, más rápido y estará más seguro de lo que quiere, es menester confiar en lo que él dicta. En este mismo orden de ideas, últimamente abrazo el siguiente mantra como filosofía de vida: Honremos el momento presente. Que encontremos la paz y que nos liberemos. Considero posible esto únicamente a través del mover, del constante cambio, que a su vez significa equilibrio.
