reed bunting at the grassland (inkl. Video)
The common reed bunting is widely distributed all over europe and asia, it is a more or less commmon bird especially near water and where reed is growing. On my trip to lower Austria I was able to take some pictures and a video of the bird. It breeds throughout Europe and much of the Palearctic and you can find it also breeding here in Austria. Most birds migrate south in winter, but those in the milder south and west of the range are resident.
