Pied Advocet at the shallow lake

This year I have only been once at lake Neusiedler for a short trip after work, but I hope I can take some nice pictures in spring next year again, since spring is the best time for some bird photography there. But also summer can be a good time when there are only a few spots with water and bird gather around them. Therefore it is important to keep distance so you don't disturb the birds too much. We'll see when I have time again for some bird photography there.

The pied Advocets are searching for insects with their beak in the sand of the lake and it is really nice watching them doing this often in a synchronized manner.
