Mountain hike with creek and flowers

In summer I like hiking and Austria has some really nice mountains to offer. Depending on my time this year I am going to do some hiking again, but I assume that I only make some easy hikes this year since I don't have the fitness anymore like some years ago, but I am working on it again so I hope I will be back on track soon. Back in 2020 I was really fit and the hike was not a problem for me. I really enjoyed the beuatiful nature up on the mountains and this is why I am already looking forward to to at least some easy hiks this year again.

Creeks up on the mountains can be very beautiful but they carry really cold water and I went into the water once but really regreted it afterwards. Since the really cold water stole so much of my energy that it was really difficult to go back down the mountain. Eventhoug the weather was really hot I shouldn't have bathed in the water and only used it to cool a little down by spraying it on my body.

Nature up on the mountains can be really beautiful, Flowers and landscapes with creeks and waterfalls are really beautiful, you can watch the water flowing down the mountain and watching a small flow getting bigger and bigger until it reaches the valley. Often with a lot of waterfalls and beuatiful basins before it reaches a river down in the valley.
