I ordered an old picture of me and my mother for my living room

My mother gave me a photo album with some pictures of me when I was a baby. I was very happy about it and seeing all the nice pictures I decided to order some of these pictures as larger prints 45x30 cm prints online. I received these prints some days ago and I am very happy how nice the pictures turned out. The original pictures were 15x10 cm in size and I scanned them with my Scanner, I told Gemini to improve the picture quality so I can easily print them on a Poster size 45x30 cm.

I have to admit that I was really amazed by the outcome. I tried the same with photoshop upscaling the picture and enhancing the quality but I wasn't even close to the Quality that Gemini retrieved from the pictures. I have to admit that I am pretty amazed how good this already works. I also reconstructed some older pictures of my grandmother, some of them black and white, and told Gemini to show me the pictures in color. The results are incredible... AI can bea very helpfull tool to do something like enhancing pictures and upscaling old pictures or even coloring old black and white pictures.

I don't know how the AI was able to recreate the colors in the black and white picture but I am pretty sure that it was nearly accurate. I have to ask my mother about the colors of my grandmothers cloths (if she remembers) but the living room Armchair was spot on since I still know how it looked.

I will defenitlely try to scan some of my older pictures that I still have and improve them with Gemini. Some of them I might order as a big Pictures like this one of my mother and me. I am still perplex what is possible with AI nowadays and we are still at the beginning of AI, I can only Imagine what it will be capable in the future. I am happy about the possibilities it already gives me and this
