CCC´s #266: An art in my institution || en -es
Hello my dear friends, I hope you are all doing very well. I am participating in CCC's #266 with this performance that was done at my institution on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of its foundation.
The activities took place over a week and it had been announced, as one of the celebration activities, the creation of the mural.

Hola mis queridos amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Estoy participando en la CCC´s #266 con esta puesta en escena que hicieron en mi institución a propósito del cumpleaños #66 de su fundación.
Las actividades fueron durante una semana y se había anunciado, como una de las actividades de celebración, la realización del mural.
I thought the work would be done communally, that is, that we would gather by department and contribute to the art. Well, no, the image had already been created by someone, and it would only be inaugurated that day.
I didn’t participate, so several days went by before I remembered it and approached to see it, because honestly, I walked past it several times and didn’t even notice it.
As we are used to in these parts, the artist is anonymous (thank God) because I have several critiques for him.
First, the emphasis on the word YOUNG. In Spanish, we have the accent mark and whether to place it or not can confuse or completely change the meaning of the sentence.
Furthermore, it is an educational institution. How did no one notice that mistake? It was the first thing I noticed, and I only mentioned it to a few people, because if I made it more noticeable, they would tell me that I only see the bad, so I didn’t pay much attention, although every time I pass by there, I take a deep breath because it is unacceptable.

Pensé que el trabajo se haría de manera comunitaria, es decir, que por departamento nos reuniríamos y haríamos aporte al arte. Pues no, la imagen ya había sido realizada por alguien y solo ese día la inaugurarían.
Yo no participé, por lo que pasaron varios días para recordarlo y acercarme a verla, porque honestamente, le pasé por el lado varias veces y ni la noté.
Como estamos acostumbrados por estos lados, el artista es anónimo (gracias a Dios) porque tengo varias críticas para él.
Primero, la acentuación de la palabra JOVEN. En el español tenemos el signo de acentuar y colocarlo o no, puede confundir o cambiar por completo el sentido a la oración.
Además, es una institución educativa ¿Cómo nadie notó ese error? Fue lo primero que aprecié, y lo comenté solo con unas pocas personas, porque si lo hacía más notorio, me dirían que yo solo veo lo malo, así que no le presté atención, aunque cada vez que paso por allí, respiro profundo porque es inaceptable.
I didn't like the art. I mean, it's a characteristic book of an education site, but beyond that, it doesn't tell me anything more. A person who looks scared, worried, tormented, wanting to run away, someone holding them, some nonsensical lines, an asymmetrical face, nothing visually pleasant, they don't even have hair! Or maybe they lost it from being so worried 🤣; honestly, what it does is scare me, and education is not supposed to be like that.
I would have liked to hear the artist's explanation to give them a vote of confidence and applause, although I doubt it a lot, because out of hundreds of drawings that could represent us in the institution, they chose the least suitable one.

El arte no me gustó. O sea, es un libro característico de un sitio de educación, pero de allí, no me dice más nada. Una persona como asustada, preocupada, atormentada, con ganas de salir corriendo, alguien agarrándolo, unas líneas sin sentido, una cara asimétrica, nada agradable visualmente, ¡Ni cabello tiene! O los perdió de lo preocupado que estaba 🤣; sinceramente, lo que hace es asustarme y se supone que la educación no es así.
Me hubiese gustado escuchar la explicación del artista para darle un voto de confianza y aplausos, aunque lo dudo mucho, porque de cientos de dibujos que nos puede identificar en la institución, eligieron la menos indicada.
I hope not many notice it, and well, it's a reflection that sometimes artists have their talent, but it's not for everyone or every place. Because I still believe that something more could have been done in line with the educational.

Espero que no muchos lo noten y bueno, es una reflexión que, a veces, los artistas tienen su talento, pero no es para todo el mundo o todos los sitios. Porque sigo considerando que se pudo hacer algo más a fin a lo educativo.
