Hello Hivians. It's already Friday, as time flies, and it's time to start planning the weekend. One of the things that relaxes me the most is going to antique markets. This week it will be a lot of walking around antiques first and on Tuesday it's time to compare books in Sant Jordi.

I love antiques because they are made in another era. A time when things were made by hand and when things are made by hand it has a special magic. The spirit of the craftsman who makes them is in them. But above all there is the detail that only the human eye and hand can give to an object, making it come to life.

Every time I go to antique markets I buy something. I am mainly looking for glass decoration objects. I have already told you in other posts about my passion for glass. But I also buy silver coins or other silver decorative objects.
Silver is always a good investment and it is also precious. I also usually buy other objects for decoration such as hourglasses or antique globes. The latter are really difficult to find at a good price.
But I also buy things that can be useful to me. Lately I've been looking for a glass mosquito net to give an aesthetic touch to my garden traps that currently have too much plastic.
