Technology can help improve ancient art.
Hello hivians. I'm here again to talk to you about those things that suddenly cross my mind. I am a fan of technologies and how they can help us improve those things that we like most. Today I wanted to talk to you about how these new technologies can help improve old techniques and designs.
Specifically, I wanted to talk to you about the lace technique. My grandmother loved to make lace. In fact, I have a lot of her works of all kinds, from tablecloths to baby things that she made for me and others for her grandchildren. Things that I have reused for my children and that I hope they use for theirs.
If my grandmother could see what technology allows her to do today, I'm sure she would be delighted because she was a very determined woman who was not afraid of anything and always wanted to do new things. The designs that can be created that were hardly imaginable before or the machines that not only make the work easier and faster but also allow you to do things that you could not dream of before.
The last thing I saw was creating a matrix with a digital printer that was then used as a 3D guide to make a lace work. Or rather a construction work due to the large size it had.
So don't be afraid to use technology for anything, whether modern or old. The point is that you can improve your creations.

I agree, because every person that I have known who is practically creative has always appreciated improvements to the tools they use. Also, lace is very beautiful to see. So if technology enables more lace-makers, that's a very good thing! 😀
